Triple J & L Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us” or “our”) operates the FatedX Labs website. This notice explains how we may collect, use, disclose and protect information when you visit this website or contact us.

Information you provide

When you submit our contact form, email us or use WhatsApp, we may receive information such as your name, work email address, company information, service interest, intended start timeframe and the contents of your enquiry.

The contact form generally asks for your first and last name, work email, company, service interest, intended start date, a short description of how we can help and an acknowledgement of the Privacy Notice. You can choose email or secondary WhatsApp instead of the form.

Cloudflare provides the website and secure form delivery, including the security check used before a form is sent. Form submissions are delivered via Cloudflare and stored and managed in HubSpot so that we can organise follow-up and respond to you. Email and secondary WhatsApp messages remain separate contact channels and are not automatically sent to HubSpot by this form.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, communicate with you about requested services, assess potential engagements, administer business relationships and comply with applicable law.

Please do not send sensitive or unnecessary personal data through the website form, email or WhatsApp.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use this website. Google Tag Manager is used to deploy and manage the Analytics tag.

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and may process information such as:

• Pages viewed and time spent on the website.
• Scrolls, outbound-link clicks and file downloads.
• The referring website or source.
• Browser, device and operating-system information.
• Approximate geographic location.
• Technical identifiers, including information derived from an IP address.

We use Analytics reports to measure website traffic, understand which pages are useful and improve the website and its services.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, enquiry contents or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics. We do not use Analytics data to make decisions about identifiable individuals.

When the contact form is used, the site may record privacy-safe lifecycle events such as the form being viewed, started, submitted, completed or encountering a fixed validation, security, network or server error category. These events use only non-identifying form and attribution labels and do not include form values, submission IDs or security tokens.

Website delivery and security

This website uses Cloudflare for hosting, website and form delivery, performance and security. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses, traffic-routing data, request information, system configuration information and security signals.

Cloudflare may place cookies that are necessary for security functions, traffic management or confirming that a visitor has passed a security challenge.

Service providers and overseas processing

We use service providers including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Cloudflare to operate the website, HubSpot to store and manage form enquiries, email providers for email enquiries and WhatsApp for secondary messages.

These providers may process information outside Singapore. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure that transferred personal data receives protection comparable to that required under applicable Singapore data-protection requirements.

Each provider may also process information according to its own privacy terms and policies.

Protection and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data in our possession or control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks.

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable law. Information that is no longer required will be deleted, anonymised or securely disposed of where appropriate.

Analytics information is retained according to the settings configured for the FatedX Labs Google Analytics property and our operational requirements.

Your choices

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking analytics cookies should not prevent you from reading the website, but it may limit the information included in our website-usage reports.
